Reservation Policy

Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.

The Harborside Inn is a non-smoking resort.

A 2-night minimum stay is required.
On holiday weekends, the minimum stay is 3 nights.
No refunds on late arrivals or early departures. See deposit and cancellation details below.
All rates are subject to change without notice. Massachusetts state and local taxes are additional.
VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards are accepted

Free parking is available for Harborside Inn resort guests.
Pets are not allowed. Kennels are available on Martha’s Vineyard, please inquire.

Advance Deposits

A full deposit is required on all reservations of 3 nights or less. A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required on reservations of 4 nights or more; the balance is taken fifteen days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Deposits are non-refundable due to early departure.  

Cancellation Policy

A refund of your deposit, minus a $100.00 processing fee, will be made if a cancellation notice is received by us at least 15 days prior to your confirmed arrival date. No refunds will be made within 14 days of arrival.

Group Policy

For groups of 6 or more rooms, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure the room block.  The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the date of arrival.  Rooms that are not paid in full at this time will be canceled and released from the room block with cancellation fee of $100 per room.
