ur Edgartown waterfront Inn boasts 90 lovely rooms with hotel amenities
including sauna, whirlpool, and heated pool. All rooms are non-smoking
and include daily maid service, color cable television, phones,
Internet access, heat and air conditioning, refrigerators and private
bath. Guest rooms facing Edgartown Harbor walk out onto private
verandas.

General Information
Add $10.00 per night for Friday & Saturday Nights
2-night minimum stay at all times. 3 nights on holiday weekends
and over the 4th of July. Guest rooms vary by location and bed type.
All rooms are non-smoking. All room rates are double occupancy except
suites. Massachusetts state and local taxes are additional. All
rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are valid through
November 10, 2008.
Extra adult in room $25.00. Children under 12 stay free in room
with adult using existing bedding. Cot charge is $15.00 per day.
No more than 4 persons per room.

Advance Reservations
Deposits: For a reservation of 3 nights or less, full payment including
Mass. Room Tax of 5.7% and Edgartown Room Tax of 4% is required.
For reservations of 4 nights or more, a 50% deposit is required.
The balance of your stay, including room tax, is due upon arrival
and is not refundable due to any early departure. VISA, MASTERCARD
and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
A refund of your deposit, minus a $100.00 handling fee, will be
made provided a cancellation notice is received by us at least 15
days prior to your confirmed arrival date. In case of 14 days or
less notice, or of shortened stays, no refunds will be made.
Private parking is available for all Harborside Inn guests.
No pets allowed. Kennels are available on Martha’s Vineyard,
please inquire.
No refunds on late arrivals or early departures.
