Check-in time is 3:00 P.M.     Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.

The Harborside Inn is a non-smoking resort.

All room rates are double occupancy, except suites.
Extra adult in room is $25.00.
Children under 12 stay free using existing bedding.
Cots are available at $15.00 per day.
No more than 4 persons per room.

A 2-night minimum stay is required.
On holiday weekends, the minimum stay is 3 nights.
No refunds on late arrivals or early departures.  See deposit and cancellation details below.
All rates are subject to change without notice. Massachusetts state and local taxes are additional.
VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards are accepted

Free parking is available for Harborside Inn resort guests.
Pets are not allowed. Kennels are available on Martha’s Vineyard, please inquire.

Advance Deposits
For a reservation of 3 nights or less, payment in full including all taxes is required. A 50% deposit is required upon booking for reservations of 4 nights or more, with the balance, including all taxes, due upon arrival. Deposits are not refundable due to any early departure.

Cancellation Policy
A refund of your deposit, minus a $100.00 handling fee, will be made if a cancellation notice is received by us at least 15 days prior to your confirmed arrival date. No refunds will be made within 14 days or less notice or for shortened stays.
