Own a Timeshare at the Harborside Inn
The Harborside Inn is the only waterfront resort on Edgartown Harbor, where single-family homes sell for millions of dollars. The Harborside Inn season is 30 weeks long from mid-April through mid-November.
Initial sales of units at The Harborside Inn sold out and in 1991 the condominium was turned over to a homeowners association. A seven-member owner-elected board is the decision making body for The Harborside Inn Condominium Trust. The units we have for sale today are resale units from owners who have decided to sell.
Amenities at The Harborside Inn include a boat slip during the week(s) that you own, daily maid service, heated pool, community kitchens, and a location literally in the heart of Edgartown. The units are single room (some double rooms) that either have a balcony if they face the ocean or are across the hall with a street-side view. The units generally have either a king bed or two double beds and sleep 2-4 people. All units have color cable TV, phones, Internet access, air conditioning, heat, a small refrigerator and private bath.
The average annual maintenance fee is $550.00 per year on average and is all-inclusive (taxes, insurance, daily maid service, etc). We have dual affiliation with both Interval International (I.I.) as well as Resorts International (RCI). If you are an owner of one of these Deeded weeks, you have the option to 1) Use your week 2) Trade your week or 3) Rent your week (or any part of it). The Inn Association takes 25% of the nightly rate schedule.
